Recommend you use East Coast Fibreglass instead.
Below is the email I sent to FibreGlassDirect over a week and to which they haven't yet replied:

Thank you for sending the order above through so quickly.
I would however like to provide some feedback, which I hope will help you provide better service going forward.
Specifically, the folding and packing of the cloth left quite a lot to be desired in my view. One end had been so manhandled and the weave so distorted that I won't be able to use about half a metre at that end at all. Generally, the cloth had been folded far too much and tightly in my view so that it took two people a long time to flatten out and straighten up the cloth so that it was useable at all. Naturally this was a little frustrating as well as wasting time and resources unnecessarily.
I'm not asking for any compensation or to return the cloth, but I hope that you'd like to know how packing at your end (which isn't cheap) impacts customer views etc. Naturally, if you'd like to provide some form of redress or would like to discuss this matter further, that would be fine.

As a result of this experience I have switched to using East Coast Fibre Glass, where the prices don't seem to be significantly different but the quality of the packing is at a whole different level - so I'll be using them in future.
