Ordered a 2.5 meter kit and a few trims. All turned up a few weeks ago with one trim damaged in transport. The delivery driver assured my mum that fibreglass direct knew of the damage and said a replacement was on the way. I emailed FBD and let them know about the damage and what the driver said to my mum. Sean emailed me back and said it was the first he had heard and the driver had no right telling my mum that. I knew that was the case. Scumbag delivery driver lying to a 76 year old woman!! Sean was an absolute star telling me to let him know what I needed and he would sort me out. I only needed a bit of the trim so I thanked him and told him not to worry. Got to use the kit today, products were amazing, nice thick mat and everything I needed in the kit to get my job done. Just got to put the top coat on tomorrow and hopefully my mums garage roof won’t leak after the shocking state the contractors left it in. If I ever need any kit again, I will be straight on FGD website again. Thanks guys!!
