I’m in the process of building a raised block koi pond, because costs have spiralled I decided to undertake the fibreglassing myself. After searching suppliers I chose Fibreglass Direct using the online ordering portal, unfortunately although I believed I selected additional essential items aside from the dedicated ’pond’ kit, they weren’t included but were supplied quickly. Subsequently an alternative company quoted everything ordered at a lower rate which has put negative on what would have been a okay experience.
