I ordered a pair of FitFlops as a present and my order got cancelled and I was never notified. I called to find out the issue during the limited business hours. First calling round I got hung up on after 25 minutes and second round I waited on the line for 10 minutes before someone answered. They told me why my order was cancelled but were unable to expedite my order (as I needed it by a specific date) or transfer me to management. Management doesn't have phones and only communicate by email. Who these days doesn't have a phone, especially a big organization??? Worst customer service ever!!!
