I recently ordered 3 pair of shoes. In my shipment I received 2 correct items and the 3rd was not even close- a size 6 slipper instead of a size 10 trainer. I asked for a postage paid return label for the slippers and I asked that they send the correct shoe ASAP. I have, in fact already paid for the shoes I have not received. They have my money and I do not have the shoes.
Their answer is that I must place a new order and pay again for the trainers I have already paid for and then after they receive the slippers that I never wanted in the first place, only then will they issue a refund for the 2nd pair. All of the responsibility and liability for their error is on me. I must pay for a 4th pair of shoes and then wait for them to issue a refund.
I love my Fit Flop shoes! I have been buying several pair a year for many years, dealing with their delays… but I will no longer support this company.
