Have used Fitflop for years and years and noticed the quality going downhill significantly these last couple of years.
Had to email customer services with a picture of an obvious faulty ‘flip flop’ style that had broken in an unusual place after just a small amount of wear (explained that I have many of this style -and much older-with no problems) and so this is def faulty, can I have a replacement pair or similar please.
Well, the response from Charles at customer services was shocking. You would not think that this company cares at all about quality or customers. After reading these reviews I can see my thoughts of quality going downhill are true and my opinion of CS has also been felt by many. Generic answers, no forwarding to the supervisor as requested and an abrupt excuse of they must have been worn a lot and so there’s nothing they can do about it. But, please fill in this survey of how I did! I couldn’t give 0 stars, so I had to give one star unfortunately!
Same here it seems. I wish I had read recent reviews. I shall certainly not buy any more- luckily most footwear has the support arch now and so no need to pay over the top prices for poor quality designs with a company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
