The order (10311) I placed for my mother's birhday flowers were not delivered.
They decided to wait until two days AFTER the supposed delivery date to tell me by text that they 'could not fulfil my order'? What exactly is the point of supplying my phone number if they're not going to use it, BEFORE the delivey date to inform me of any problems?
The very impersonal message I recieved was a generic token apology, at best. All I receieved was a full refund!! WOW I should think so!!
Will NOT be using your service again.
