When I booked my flight with them was very smooth but have to cancelled due to virus can’t travel I call them before 24 hours to travel my wedding got even postponed When I called they ask me pay more to increase ticket money only got money back $950 ticket actual price was $1697 i lost money $747 which is not fair their is problem in whole world and they should understand the person who going to marry and need to cancel her trip and should give money back not making drama we can’t bcz of policy they can’t not fair i will think now 100 times to book ticket in future
