Ordered 2 pairs of different sized shepherd slippers totalling £100. One pair fit, the other didn’t so I returned asking for larger size. No issue with initial order, returns proces, or replacement for the too small pair. Quick delivery and easy exchange process. Only reason getting 4* rather than 5* is the total lack of communication - I emailed twice about delivery times and returns process and got no response. Otherwise - all good.
