I was to pick up my new puppy soon and was excited I would be able to try out the fresh grass option. Since I live in an apartment complex with so many other dogs, I figured this would be my best option to potty train for outside use without putting my puppy in danger without vaccinations. I live in CA, so I thought it would be easy to receive the patch within 2 days. I was wrong. So two days go by I check my shipping with FedEX, my patch is now in in CHICAGO. I call Customer Service (CS) and explain the issue and they work to send out a second patch. Two days go by again and still no patch. Call CS again and they explain my size is out it and will be a few days. They gave me a refund for my troubles. At this point I have had my puppy for two weeks and had to use pee pads to my dismay. Wait a few more days and FINALLY both patches arrived. Funny thing is, the patch that traveled to Chicago looked better. I tried to use both, but at the time my puppy didn't really take to it, so I chose an alternate potty method. Fast forward a few months and I try for another patch. Same issue with FedEx, says its fulfilled on Fresh Patch's end, but no tracking on the website with FedEx. Once again I called CS and cancelled it all. I've wiped my hands with them, as working with FedEx is causing them issues.
