Our fresh patch has been a life saver for potty training. We have ordered fresh patches for both of our dogs when they were puppies. We still use a fresh patch for our Pomeranian. It's great for the winter months when she won't potty in the snow! I've had one fresh patch that was delivered very wet and it had turned yellow during delivery. I called customer service and they sent me a new one right away!
