We have been customer about 5-6 years. Our dog does his business only outside. When we moved to high rise condo, it was pain in the neck to take him out many time every day especially early mornings and late nights till we found fresh patch! We put it on the balcony and he used it right away. Ours and my dog’s lives are much easier now! Thank you so much! We also love a plastic tray. It looks very sleek and easy to clean. In conclusion, the customer service is the BEST in the world!
