Hello there! I do like Fresh Patch and we have had a subscription since March. It's helpful for our little Maltese especially since it can rain a lot where we live.
For the last three weeks, the grass has been poor quality upon arrival. One patch even developed a layer of white mold after a few days. Now that the weather is better, I'm thinking of suspending our subscription and just take our dog out more.
Customer service has also been hit or miss. I called/emailed a bunch of times on the weekend to get the link to reset password and it sounded like there was just one person dealing with customer service issues which was surprising to me.
Overall, I love the concept and it has been helpful to train our dog but we most likely will be putting our subscription on hold. Thanks!
