this seasons grass is very bad. my grass for the past 4-6 weeks have been stringy and yellow. i undersdtand shipment from california may cause it.. which in that case they should have a new york distributor, but with the other types of grass, it usually comes green, and a short condensed looking turf. only reason i didnt give lower was that the customer service has been good with crediting me for last weeks freshpatch.... ive been a loyal customer, but may consider seeing what the competitors have if the quality doesnt change soon..
