I’ve been getting weekly deliveries from fresh patch for years. The grass overall is okay - but the customer service and shipping is terrible. Some months we have on time weekly shipping (ships mon and arrives fri) and other times we wait an extra 2 or three days. If there’s a holiday the delay can be longer. By the time we get the grass it’s dead and soggy. Customer support isn’t much help. They’ve offered to overnight grass for an astronomical fee. Sometimes they don’t respond at all. It’s frustrating as a customer who has placed weekly deliveries for the past 3 years.
