Very satisfied. I order a D-fuse seat post clamp for a Giant contend 2020, which I found nowhere else in UK stores. They sent the correct part in only a couple of business days, even if their website was saying conservatively that it would be dispatched in 7 days as it was a special order. Thumbs up! and I definitely recommend using their services.
