We were complete beginners and we purchased our boat July 2022. Clair was great! Every boat we wanted to view was either sold or under offer so Clair told us she would let us know as soon as one became available. We told her what we were looking for and it wasn’t long before she called us back. She organised the viewing for the same day and she showed us our ideal boat. We agreed to buy the boat within the hour! Clair told us she would email us with everything we needed to kick start the buying process. And true to her word she did so straight away. We had no idea where to start so a big thanks to her for making it all clear and simple. Every question was answered straight away and nothing was too much trouble. She made everything stress free! She is very good at what she does and endeavours to do the best for both parties. She won’t let you make mistakes but she won’t tell you what to do either. She’s happy and smiley and clearly knows her job. We can’t thank you enough. We love the boat and are looking forward to living on the water full time. Thanks soooooo much😁
