Bought direct from GTECH as I thought this would be best.
The SW22 sweeper sent arrived next day, which was great.
But it didn't charge up. On contacting GTECH I now have to wait up to 2 weeks for a replacement charger to see if this corrects the issue...way too long to have to wait for a part that may not resolve the problem.
Online chat seems to only produce a corporate response so very poor
