Bought both upright and hand held vacuums from main distribution depot at Worcester 4 years ago.
After 3 years the upright had several problems which we emailed gtech and the after service team said they were unable to help.
Then today our handheld vacuum has stopped working.
These products are expensive to buy but no aftercare.
Will not be buying again.
