2nd gtech vacuum. Gave my granddaughter my last one because I liked the look of the platinum. That first vacuum is still going strong. After almost a year I had a minor problem with the platinum. Over the phone a new part was sent and delivered. The level of courtesy, efficiency and diagnosis were second to none and I am happily using my platinum again.
