I received my order for the Gtech Orca with a tiny bottle of cleaning fluid stating that only this should be used with the Orca floor clear. This soon expired and I tried to order same but unbelievably was told they didn’t have any for this newly launched appliance,thereby rendering the machine unusable.I asked for urgency here and having spent a couple of hours searching the net asked for some complimentary fluid when available.Response just a platudenous unhelpful reply.DONT buy the Gtech Orca.
