Appalling Customer Service
I have just received my cleaner. I ordered both and the car care kit which cost £50. The car kit consists of 3 pieces of plastic which I consider to be worth £10 not £50.
I got in touch with the company and the attitude of (Phillip) was completely unacceptable and bordering on rude.
Also the upright cleaner does not work on carpet with a long pile it just jams up.
