Model SW02 cordless sweeper with wand....this product is a joke and total rubbish made in China. Handle will not stay on and it is advised that you should avoid this product at all costs. Yes, it is true I was told I could return but this would cost me 20 per cent of the cost of the thing so best to just donate to some charity who could perhaps "do something better with handle" in order for it to remain in place than the designers of this thing have. Should never have been produced as non-usable in original design/condition.
