After being pleased with the hoover for 3 years, something caught in the brush and it broke.
Customer services are not interested as it is not the Company's policy to be concerned with a faulty machine after 3 years.
I maintain it is an expensive item of equipment to suddenly break if a piece of string gets caught up in it.
The machine should have immediately shut down and restarted after the string was removed.
I am extremely disappointed with the poor after sales service and lack of concern shown y GTech.
