Do not go near this company. They will rip you off.
I had exactly the same experience as most of the people here. I sent off a Samsung S20+ in good condtion, not perfect, but perfectly ok for a 3 year old phone. They quoted £133, but invented faults that were not there and revised the quote to £30. As the cost to return the phone is as much as they are willing to pay for it I took the £30 as I didnt trust them to return the correct phone. I wish I had done some more research as I wouldnt have used this company of scammers.
