Horrible company , sent my item in its original box ( the Samsung box )
I didn't like their offer and they would not send me my box back
Claiming i didn't , when I DID
That is theft , and the costumer service is absolute nightmare very very rude and takes days to reply , and they just lie to my face not even pretending they will check
I need my box back
I sincerely doubt they have any records ….
They should have records of these things
But they just stole it
