Be warned, don't sell your device to these scammers!
They tempt you with slightly higher offers than others, combined with being plugged by Money Supermarket and a good rating via trustpilot all would seem legitimate.
However, myself like many others have found out the hard way that they operate in a completely dishonest manner.
Send in your device in pristine condition, which they then value it at way less than original quote due to some made up faults. When asking for your device back they then revise their offer and offer you slightly more, this can go on and on. You could maybe get original quote price if your willing to haggle over the course of days or weeks.
Others who have stood their ground and asked for their devices back have then received them in a lesser condition than they sent them off in. With the above in mind I reluctantly sold for their 3rd offer, combined with wasting time and energy emailing them back and forth.
You have been warned (again)
