Please do not use these scammers, wish I saw these reviews before sending my phone to them. Sent a fold 4 in with a couple of wear and tear light scratches on bezel, screens perfect had screen protectors and case on from day one. They said the phone was bent and scratches over the screen, offer was 200 short of original. Had to haggle with them to get valuation up so only down £70 now as I didn't have any confidence in them sending my phone back in the condition I sent them. I can't stress enough please do use these thieves!!
