Offer £250 for an iPhone 7 Plus, always kept in a case, I had the screen replaced at an apple store the day before I sent it in, so the phone was basically brand new. They sent an offer of £150 saying the screen was worn and damaged and the back was scratched. Con artists towards every single one of their customers. Avoid like the plague.
