Online I was offered £155 for Samsung s8 in perfect condition. Price was £25 better than O2 so I sent it. I did take photos first. 2days later received email saying screen had chips and 5 there was screen burn, offered me £90. I disputed the damage and asked for phone to be returned. 2days later another email stating examined by another person could offer £100. I still refused demanded phone be returned to me. 2days later phone returned. No damage as they described. Sent to O2 who examined phone and paid £130 without question.
