Sent my phone in working condition. Screen replaced by apple the week before.
Handtec emailed me to advise their offer was 100pound less due to screen scratches. Clearly a complete con. I said no so they upped the offer but blamed battery life. I still said no and asked for phone back.
They've then returned my phone with a heavily scratched screen.
Total cowboy con job.
