Sent in my iPhone 6s as was offered £99. Phone was in good condition, with a hairline crack in the corner of the screen and small chip on the phone housing. I got an email saying they would only offer me £30!!! I refused, then they increase it to £45, again I refused and then offered me £57! I said No and asked them to send it back, with the original box I sent it in! They replied as per T&C’s they don’t send the phone back with “accessories”!!! So basically they will keep my original box and use it when hey make a sale! DISGUSTING!!! Have always sold me phone in the past to envirofone and never had issues!!! Wouldn’t recommend Handtec!!! Go elsewhere!!! Still waiting in my phone to be returned to me, WITHOUT THE BOX!!!!
