Sent them my phone, was offered £90, then they alleged it arrived to them with cracks on the screen, dents to the shell, and battery not performing at 100%. Bunch of wankers. If you read the other reviews it seems they use the exact same excuse for reasoning to not offer you the original amount.
Refuse to sent me photos of this alleged condition my phone is in, which only makes me more certain they are lying and trying to pull a fast one.
