Sent my phone into them in perfect working order with very minor scratches to the screen which you would expect from a used phone. They emailed me back saying that they wasn’t going to offer me the original price due to the minor scratches to the phone, £20 less. I had looked at other websites online and they had options to select for slight scratches and when selected there was no change to the price offered (mazuma). So if you want to be offered a lesser price than there competitors then go ahead. But in future I’ll just stick to mazuma who I normally deal with.
