Beware.......Hawes and Curtis will not accept any responsibility for items that go missing within their delivery network.
I ordered 2 shirts and when I received the box on first sight it looked ok but as soon as I started opening the box it became clear that the box had been tampered with and one of the shirts ordered was missing. The complete side of the box opened rather than me having pull the "open" strip and the receipt in the box was stuck to the adhesive strip between the opening flap and the main box as if it had hurried replaced after removing an item. I immediately raised this issue with Hawes and Curtis Customer Support providing them with photographs of how the box had opened and the receipt being stuck between the opening flap and main box.
The response received was that they had packed all the items and hence they would not be responsible for anything after that, upon attempting to query this further Hawes and Curtis are now not responding to any emails.
