The sizes of the clothing were not consistent with other brands of clothes. I had Covid and was also moving house shortly after receiving the clothes which led to a delay in returning two of the items of clothes. I booked a Royal Mail return through Hawes and Curtis website and they failed to collect the return so I had to drop the return to the post office which caused a further delay. Hawes and Curtis are Now refusing to refund my money despite being in receipt of the items of clothing. Avoid at all costs - terrible customer service!
