Okay, I initially left a 1 star review as my order didn't arrive within the 5 day timeframe and consequently, my Daughter wasn't going to get her birthday present on time. But.... After contacting the company and venting my distain they got in touch and offered to send me a free copy via express delivery, which arrived within 24 hours. I then received a courtesy call from Keri to apologise for the inconvenience. It would appear that the issue was with the courier DPD, which I totally believed as DPD are utterly useless. She said that it was not uncommon for DPD to lose packages and not even bother to notify them. Order has been restored, but I would highly recommend that they change couriers. Also, please make it clear prior to checkout that these items are shipped from the Netherlands, despite your company trading under a London address.
