placed an order and Holland and Barrett on line and they are sending it to the wrong address.
I have rung the customer service number and they will not cancel my order so I emailed to cancel my order and asked them to please confirm that this order is cancelled and my money is reimbursed.
The email from them says that they are getting ready to dispatch the order.
I had to ring customer service twice the first time I got cut off?
the second time I was told they cant cancel my order?
