So went on like to look for a product and what store is available near me,the product in question stated available in a store 20 min drive from my house.So i drove all the way to the store to be told is a site error product not available but they can order it for next day delivery to another store nearer to my house.Payed for the product to drive the next day to the other store to be told my order not there and to wait for a confirmation email. Waited for 5 days then called costumer service to be told that my product not even in the depo and they are sorry and they will send it to my house soon as available,plus a 25 percent discount for the enconveinience. Week later called costumer service to be told my order has been cancelled,no email with a confirmation of this cancellation,so as far as I'm concerned I've been mislead ,payed for a product advertised as available to then not recive what I've payed for (false advertising,and theft)Costumer service said i now need to go back to the store for a refund and a 10 pound voucher for the enconveinience. 4 hours out my life now gone 30 pounds driving up and down the road .Financial ombudsman are willing to take my complaint and im also looking to get a solicitor,is not about the sum of money is the principle of these cooperation committing fraud and think they can get away with anything. If I went in store and took a product and told them ill send them a email with the date ill send them the money for it I would be in prison for theft .Wish me luck
