Awful delivery system and lies about orders.
My last two orders did not arrived when I was told they would.
I received the same message twice about orders being lost and they took 22 days to arrive (only after I contacted them) and not the stated 3-5days
This is the same reply I received twice.
"Upon checking, your order has been lost in transit between the warehouse and courier I sincerely apologise for that and that you were not aware."
