CLICK COLLECT CON. Ordered click and collect on 5 instore products after checking in store availability. Got same day date as thry were 'in store.'
This was then reneged on and this arrangement was cancelled without my knowledge or permission.
I go to the store at great expense and they would not hand over goods which they had.
I was told to come back after wsiting for a normal delivery date.
I later found out from unhelpful customer srrvices that they leave it up to the store to decide if they want to give you the goods. Order number 9015465733
