Made an order for a 3 for 2 offer for €139.99 in their so called sale, applied a 20% that I discovered a short time later didn’t work. Left after hours message on bot and rang customer service next day to be told sorry you didn’t contact us within 30 mins so we can’t change your order and we don’t refund anymore if you forget or discount code doesn’t work, false advertising on their website saying they do. To make matters even worse the exact same product was on salontotal.com for €89.91 with free delivery, over €50 cheaper. Absolutely Ripping customers off. Also saying delivery will be 13 days because of Hollyhead damage. Total Gangsters AVOID.
