I placed a order for click and collect to arrive the next day. I called into the store as I was passing. I was told the order had not arrived and it would be ready in two days. I only placed the order because it was next day pickup. I won't be ever ordering from holland and barrett again, as this is not the first time it's happened. I will be deleting my account and taking my business elsewhere. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. What a joke holland and barrett is I needed the product the next day that was the point in making the purchase. NEVER AGAIN.
