Although the shops themselves are great, the online store is appalling. I placed a £30 order that failed to arrive. They were a nightmare to contact, in the end I reached them via Facebook and they resent the order. Even then they omitted one of the items.
To add insult to injury they refused to pay the £10 cashback that Quidco had promised me.
