If I could give a zero I would. On 05.12.31 I expected a delivery between 5-7 fromthenew cross gate Iceland store. Iceland came to my home address at 17.57, but said they will not deliver as they can't be bothered to climb the stairs to access the 2nd floor landing. On the night of the 5th December I made a formal online complaint and also sent it to the Ceo, to date I've not heard anything back or recieved am email response. Please dont waste your time, go to a more reputable company, one where the delivery drivers actually do there jobs and adhere to stores policies concerning 'home delivery services'!
I've been with them for several years, doubt I'll go back now.
