As I have health problems and can't carry heavy loads, I have tried to have heavy items delivered. I have now given up with the London Camberwell branch because their stock control is useless.
I order the day before delivery for the large boxes of washing powders and liquids.
I book the 8am to 10am delivery but before they arrive I get an email stating they do not have the items! To make up the order to £40 (free delivery) I order things that are not important, so I get a few non essential items delivered and still have no washing machine powder /liquids!
