put my order on line friday evening 09/08/24. got no confirmation which was a red flag really but hey ho. my slot was 9-11 am the next day. never arrived. rang customer service. they said the driver called but no one was in. i live in a flat on the second floor,the i have to go downstairs to let people in. so that was lie number one. anyway reluctantly i agreed to another slot 7-9pm on the saturday, and guess what never turned up again. not once did i get contact for a update. so here i sit on sunday morning trying to get a refund going round in circles , customer support cant give me a refund because the store has to confirm my cancellation, but the phone at the store is off the hook. frustration is boiling. i will order from another supermarket from now on.
