This company can not be trusted due to the fly by night delivery scam artists they use (AM Trucking). The delivery company changed my window without notice or explanation from 5-9 on a Monday (a ridiculous time window in and of itself), to Wednesday from 1:30-5:30. Fine, whatever. The real disaster is how these people will remove the TV from the box, lean it up against whatever they find convenient (no stand attached!), and then declare successful delivery by plugging it in. Then, they wash their hands of the situation, declaring it delivered undamaged despite leaving it in a situation guaranteed to create damage! And all this, after I called the shady shipping company the day before to verify they will set it up on a table. In what world is taking it out of a box, leaning panel alone against random furniture, "setting it up"??? Then, I call the shipping company, and the drivers lie, saying I told them I was going to attach the stand with the TV on my bed, instead of putting it back in the box as they're allegedly supposed to. This ridiculous on its face! How is a lone 5"9' individual going to do anything with a 65" TV?!?!? Firstclasstvs have essentially ghosted me, and if reviews elsewhere on the internet for them or the their parent company, iElectrica, are any indication, they'll claim it works and have a picture, even though, again, they've left it in a situation guaranteeing damage! To top it all off, I can't get to my clothes to pack for an international trip in three days! This is an absolute sham, and no discount is worth the precarious and untenable situation their delivery company of choice will leave you in.
