I placed a good size order. Then a few days latter an email comes saying I need to contact my financial institution to get an authorization code, which I did. Sent an email back to iherb telling them they the code needs to be gotten by them, not me. Shortly after the whole order got cancelled.
THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON, so you waist time trying to get some kind of response, which never comes. I needed those items for my son who is suffering from medical issues due to an accident.
So don’t waist your time at iherb. Plus the frustration is not needed.
