I made an order November 11,2020. On that day, my card was charged 193.98 Aed/Dirhams. Customer Service said it is an authorization charge but I was already deducted. As per the customer service of IHerb, I will only be charge once the item is shipped. When the item was shipped, I was deducted again 196.41 dirhams which is a different amount from the total charged. I was charged November 14,2020 for amount 196.41 and 193.98 aed. So, what is the 196.41 that they charged me? I always checked my funds before and after I order and I know you charge me guys! I also checked my bank afterward. You double charge me IHerb. During this pandemic, every bit of cents is important. I was a first time user on IHerb and this was really a bad experience. I thought I can save money by ordering from IHerb but it seems I didn't. This is a waste of money and time. BAD EXPERIENCE ON IHERB! I am planning to buy more on your website but I CHANGED MY MIND.
